Refund Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return or exchange request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24-48 hours.

Exchange policy
  • Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size only (subject to availability).
  • Once we receive the original item and it passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Pickup attempts
  • Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area
Quality check
  • All returned/exchanged products undergo a quality check. If approved, your request will proceed.
Processing time
  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
Refund policy
  • For all approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product passes the quality check.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account once processed.

  • Products must be returned/exchanged in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible.

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not met.

Order cancellation
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
    Prepaid Orders: Cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • However, you can initiate a return or exchange after delivery as per our policy.
Eligibility for return/exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product does not fit.
  • The product or packaging was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.
  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Have all brand tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Have no stains, scratches, tears, or signs of wear.
  • Be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set).
  • Note: We reserve the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not met.
Final sale items

All Blind Box or special promotional items are final sale — no returns or exchanges allowed. Please order only if you accept the random selection process.
