We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once your return or exchange request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24-48 hours.
Eligibility for return/exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

- The product is defective.
- Parts or accessories are missing.
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Have all brand tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Have no stains, scratches, tears, or signs of wear.
- Be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set).
- Note: We reserve the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not met.
